Q1. What’s the payment term?

A. We accept TT, 30% deposit and 70% balance against copy of BL.

Q2. How’s the delivery time?

A. About 10-25 days for production.

Q3. Tell me the standard of package?

A. For the small capacity, color box as inner package and carton as delivery package. For big capacity, use strong wooden case for protection.

Q4. What kind of material of transformer?

A. Two types: 100% copper, copper with aluminum. Copper is better and also higher price.

Q5. How about the logo? OEM will be ok?

A. Our logo is TTN. If you place big order, we can accept your logo. So OEM is ok. But you use our logo TTN will be high appreciated.
