Our 5 gallon water filling machine is suitable for 3 gallon barrel, 5 gallon barrel, and 6 gallon barrel, and can be used for filling mineral water, pure water, etc. The machine is PLC controlled, full automatic working, filling volume and filling time can be adjustable. All machines are made of Stainless steel SUS304 , and the surface of the machine is well polished, easily for future cleaning. 

 All the pipeline, valve, is made of stainless steel, other necessary PVC parts are food grade. We can design the producing capacity according to customer requirement, the rinsing, filling head can be from 1-16, during rinsing process, the barrel will be rinsing by hot 

alkali, disinfecting water, and then pure water, to ensure every corner of the bottle is well cleaned.5. Cylinder-pushing structure is 

widely used in our bottle feeding, bottle filling, and bottle capping system, and the whole process is automatically. All the pump used in our producing line is stainless steel material. No bottles no rinsing, no bottle no filling, no bottles no capping
