 3). All tubes are inspected by Eddy-current test and Hydraulic test.

4). Regarding the method of inside surface cleaning, we use "water washed by sponge". Specific operation method is as follows:

Insert the sponge into the tubing from one end. Then make sponge move in the tubing by the pressure of water current, which can remove the dust, reacted acid and fragment on the internal surface.

We clean tubes with this method for several times. According to the cleanliness of the sponge, we decide whether the internal surface is clean or not.

After cleaning, then the water in the tube is blown out by air.

Then the tubing is put into the drying oven to be dried completely. 

Most of the small-size tube users are worried about whether the internal surface is clean or not. With this method, we can guarantee the cleanliness.
