Products Description                                                                          

Coal Mine using special type lead-acid batteries for electric traction coal mine locomotive for other places vehicles and material handling equipment at the same level with the coal mine explosion-proof conditions DC power supply unit. Batteries, power supply box, connecting wires (or strap) and flameproof lead-acid battery connected to form a coal mine explosion-proof special type of power supply unit, the type of protection device is "ExsⅠ".

Single Battery Parameter                                                                    

Main power supply box:

A set 48V power supply box include 24 pieces single batteries;

A set 90V power supply box include 45 pieces single batteries;

A set 110V power supply box include 55 pieces single batteries;

A set 140V power supply box include 70 pieces single batteries;

A set 256V power supply box include 128 pieces single batteries.

Structure & Feature                                                                               

1.Battery is mainly composed of positive plate and negative plate, electrolyte, separator, battery case, battery cover, a column, special vent plug, etc.Hot melt sealing between battery case and battery cover;
2.The positive plate of the battery with acid insulating sheath, in order to improve the security and reliability of the battery;
3. Battery for bipolar column (that is, both the positive column and two negative column) structure, each pole columns with a single loop current under electric conductivity;
4. Synthesis of monomer battery battery, connected by welding, in order to prevent sparks and reduce the contact resistance, to ensure its safe use and line open;
5. For avoid battery short circuit, all exposed parts of the conductive cover tightly with insulating sheath, to ensure the safe use;
6. Battery adopt special vent plug, thus greatly improving the security, improved working conditions, reduce the consumption of water.

 Batteries Storage Requirements                                                        

A) Stored in temperature (5 ~ 40 ℃, clean, dry, well ventilated warehouse;
B) On the battery cover on the measurement of dust and drop on the battery electrolyte timely to use (5 ~ 10) % of the soda water solution and water wipe, keep the surface clean, dry battery appearance;
C) To avoid direct sunlight, away from the heat source;
D) Avoid contact with any poisonous gases and organic solvent;
E) With normal monthly charge the second phase current for a supplementary charge batteries.
