Commercial price of vacuum sugar cooker for candy
1. Application:
Jelly candy cooker contains jacket mixing tank, jacket storage tank, transfer pump, material charging device, machine frame, measurement meter, electric control box, etc. All the parts are installed in the same machine and connected by different kinds of pipes and valves.
Using the pump transfer the melted syrup (melting temperature 115~125℃) to the mixing tank. Cooling the syrup in the mixing tank by cooling water, making the syrup to the certain temperature (temperature can be set in the screen, among 95~105℃), then plus the gelatin and additive. After mixing supply the syrup and transfer it to storage tank. Then convey it measurable by the transfer pump to the syrup hopper of depositing machine.
This unit enjoys the advantages of reasonable mechanism and stable working performance as well, can guarantee the quality of the syrup and long using life.
