1. It adopts with Fanuc, Siemens or GSK controller, have programming control (pc) and CRT Monitor, with line and curve interpolation. X, Z feeding with AC servo motors, pulse coder, the guide width is 600mm, the body made of high quality cast iron after high frequency quenching. Saddle guide with plastics sticking, has little friction. The Spindle adopts with CVT device, in tri-supporting structure, with super rigity. It can work on wide range, round, inner hole, face, slot, conical surface, chamfer, cone, cylinder screw, curve surface.

2. It can do external cylindrical surface turning, inner hole and end face turning, groove broaching, drilling, boring and trepanning.

3. It can also turn various internal and external metric, inch module and diametrical pitch threads, the top slide can be used independently for turning of short taper.

4. These lathes are of high power, high rigidity and wide rotating speed range, so it can be used for high speed and strong force turning.

5. The lathe is suitable for high-speed steel, hard alloy and ceramic cutting tool, machining inner and outer cylindrical surface, inner and outer conical surface, groove and plane of ferrous metals, nonferrous metals and some non-metallic parts.

6. It can meet different quantity production requirements with high efficiency, stable and reliable precision.
