Alarm host  the brain of IP cloud home alarm system, connect the sensors, cloud server with the APP on the mobile phone.

Smoke fire sensor detect the smoke and smog concentration, if a fire disaster, the device alarm to the IP cloud ,alarm system on the smartphone or tablet.

Gas detector detect LPG/natural gas/coal gas concentration in the kitchen, if the concentration exceed the health standard, device will r  the device alarm to the IP cloud ,alarm system on the smartphone or tablet 

Indoor siren , when sensor is triggered, the indoor siren will alarm with light & sound

Outdoor siren when sensor is triggered, the indoor siren will alarm with light & sound to get your neighbor notified that something happens to your house then they can come to help

Remote control  you can arm or disarm the alarm system on the remote control,and there is a SOS button on it, if emergency happens, you can get help by pushing it.

1. I am trying to install my Alarm kit, but i'm not sure if the Alarm host is connected to the internet. How to check?

Make sure that you have connected your Alarm host to your internet router, and that it is connected to the power switch.

Check if the orange diode next to the internet cable is lighting up continiously. (Not the diode that is on the front panel of the Alarm host). If the orange diode is blinking or if it is not lighting up continuously, it means that there is no connection to the internet,

If the diode is blinking and continuously light up, then the Alarm Unit is connected to your router.

Information : It takes up to 30 seconds until the orange diode will light up continiously.

2. What happens if the power is interrupted ?

You will receive a message, if the connection to your alarm is interrupted. (because your internet router is turned off).

Your Alarm host has a backup battery that lasts for approximately 4 hours offline operation.

Your Alarm is fully functioning even though the power is disconnected. The siren will go off and the alarm host will make sound in case of attempted burglary. At the same time you will receive a message, that the connection is lost.

3. I am setting up the system, and my motion detector and door switch is not functioning.

To save the battery, and assure the longest amount of service life for the products, we have decided to install the batteries in the products, without having them connected. Before first time use, you must open the door switch (it can be opened with a nail), remove the foil or isolated tape on the battery, install correctly and click the lid back on.

On the motion detector you need to unscrew the lid , remove the foil from the battery, and put it back in before the lid is screwed back on. Remember to turn on the switch on the side of the motion detector.

4. The built-in buzzer in the alarm, is not making much noise - is this normal ?

The sound signal, built in the Alarm Host, is an information gauge, that something is happening. It's not meant as a siren.

5. My alarm keeps telling me that the connection is disconnected and/or restored. Can I make the connection more stable ?

Short answer : No!

If your internet connection is gone, you will receive a notification on your smartphone/e-mail.

The alarm tells you that the connection is lost, and when it is restored back again.

Contact to your internet provider, if the problem is continuant.

6. I have a sensor that fails to work when I try to enroll it to the alarm system. What should I do ?

It is very important that non of the other sensors (all ready connected to the system) are sending signals at the same time, as you are trying to enroll new sensors to the system.

Each App-user connected to the system (with the ID and code from the back of the Alarm Host) will receive a notification on their smartphones.

You can choose to pass the e-mails on to other persons than the smartphone users - for instance friends and neighbours.

You also have the option to receive a phone call (to yourself or a person of your choice) if the alarm goes off.

7.In the App there is a button "Home Mode", what does it mean?

Shell security is a function that allows the alarm to be turned on while you are at home.

It deactivates your motion detector(s), so that you can freely walk around in your house without activating the alarm.

- Remember to deactivate the alarm before exiting the house again.

The "Home Mode" can also be activated by the remote control. The button "Home Mode" is placed second-last on the remote control.

(The last button on the remote control is the panic alarm).
