Tungsten carbide ball:

Brief Introduction : 

Carbide ball is made by refractory metal carbides (WC, TiC) micron powder as a main component, cobalt (Co) or nickel (Ni), molybdenum (Mo) as binder, sintered in a vacuum furnace or hydrogen reduction furnace.

Usage: 

Carbide balls are widely used in stretching the punching precision parts, precision bearings, instruments, meters, Pen, spraying machines, water pumps, mechanical parts, sealing valves, brake pump, squeeze-hole punch, oil, hydrochloric acid laboratory, hardness measuring instrument, gear, weight, decoration, finishing and so on high-end industry!

High compressive strength,  hardness and resistance against wear,  and the ability to withstand shock and also impact, can replace all ball products.

YG6 carbide ball is widely used in a variety of hardware industry, valves, bearings, die casting, punching parts, grinding, measuring. 

YG8 carbide ball is widely used in valves, bearings, die casting, punching parts, grinding, measuring, hardness, petroleum, chemical, aerospace. The toughness is better than YG6, with good anti-vibration performance, suitable for producing strong shock and vibration spare parts.

All it starts from 2004, when Metallurgical and Materials Engineer XieXianJian and Machinist ChenSuQuan, ZengZuoRan, followed their entrepreneurial dream and built a small workshop on the JinJi village near Petroleum Equipment city GuangHan, south west of China. Their dream was to be the "China's expert in tungsten carbide material". The desire to reach that target Tungsten Carbide products company took hold in their imagination and with years of hard work, they reached their goal and dream. HD Carbide's Tungsten Carbide products company is now in an international level and growing fast.

From the first product sample in 2010, we have past the world's most rigorous tests from John Care's laboratory in Chicago. Ever since we have past every test.
