This equipment is mainly used in two piece aluminum can to strength the aluminum can, some PET bottle to reduce the weight of bottle. In juice industry people use it to improve the juice quality to remove oxygen inside of the container

1,  No can, no dosing, reduce the waste of nitrogen. With detector to adjust the speed.

2,  Vacuum isolate protect to reduce the running cost.

3,  Nozzle protecting device, avoid ice phenomenon.

4,   Liquid air separator, ensure liquid nitrogen in super cold situation, improve the pure degree of liquid nitrogen, improve the dosing accuracy.

5,   Liquid nitrogen buffer function, control the liquid spilling issuer..

6,  Equipped with(opition) 10μm,avoid granule comtamination.

7,  Accurate dosing speed to 300cpm, more than 300cpm will adjust to constant dosing, maximum can reach 1000cpm.       

8, Alarm indicator can monitor this whole system.
