3.1 Main machine
Main machine includes:main frame, lifting well and arm swinging sucker.

3.1.1. Main frame driven by chain and made of carbon steel, stable structure. Lifting fork welded wholely, firm structure. The use of wheel and rail combined with movement, horizontal adjustable. Wheel of INA brand, rail using 45# steel surface after heat treatment produced by high-frequency hardening. SEW motor plus twin gear boxes

3.1.2. Lifting including bottle gripper, transition board and pallet infeed bottle protection device
Bottle gripper, transition board, pallet protection, inter layer gripper are installed with the main machine, bottle gripper driven by timing belt driven by motor, pallet protection, inter layer gripper and transition board driven by cylinder. Main machine cart driven by the motor of main machine frame and timing belt driven. The main machine cart wheel limit running in the rail of main machine column.
 
3.1.2.1. Bottle gripper

3.3.1.2.1. Transition board
Square pipe welded,thicken nylon board,driven by cylinder,wheel and guide rail coordinating;
 
3.1.2.1. Bottle protection device
It's installed on the beam of the cart, driven by cylinder, guide support, position adjustable, nylon plate.
Plate driven by cylinder, position level adjustable, installed on back protection plate.
 
 
3.1.3. Arm swinging sucker
It has three axes up and down, horizontal rotating and sucker rotating. It's a device of top layer, inter layer and pallet picking.
Up and down moving driven by VFD motor, encoder control, proximity switch origin, limit by up and down limit switch, timing belt driven.
Horizontal rotating driven by servo motor, to overcome the big torque problem of momentary start and stop, proximity switches origin, travel limit switch.
Sucker controlled by a rotary servo motor, each sucker has a separate vacuum generator.
Sucker integrates a device of pallet picking, cylinder and guide coordinate working. Gripper plate bending making.

It includes inter layer collecting and pallet collecting, stainless steel guide, carbon steel square pipe base, sorted by all around 12 small cylinders. Manual door with function of automatic locking

 
3.1.5. Chain pallet conveyor
It has 1600mm standard chain pallet conveyor, 2400mm unbinding platform and rotating pallet.
•        Using 20B chain, stable transportation, no slipping, easy to maintain.
•        Transition chain, stable.
•        SEW motor,forward and reverse rotation, full pallet and inter layers piled, an inverter after pallet stacker added.
•        Guide adjustable, when two pallet size changing, easy to adjust.
•        Width of pallet stacker adjustable, maximum 1200mm.
 
3.1.6. Bottle discharge conveyor

Conveyor using stainless steel chain or table top chain, side plate made of stainless steel, chain wheel goes fifty-fifty, convenient to change.
3.1.8. Unbinding platform

Stainless steel guide,square pipe base,diamond plate anti-slip. Platform size 2200x1000mm.
3.1.9. Forklift protection
 
Forklift protection with expansion bolts in the foundation, the front protection plate to protect chain, the back protection plate prevents pallet from partial and falling.
4. Working principle:
a,Pallet in,main machine cart goes down,frame of sucker goes down to detect pallet then suck the inter layer.
b,The cart goes up to a certain height, the bottle gripper moves to top of bottle pallet, then the cart goes down to detect bottles, inter layer  gripper clamps next inter layer, moving the bottles to transition board, the main machine cart goes down to the height of bottle discharge conveyor then bottles are discharged.
c,Bottle pallet protection loose, repeat the above movement.
d,When the pallet lowers than bottle discharge conveyor, main machine cart needs to move up to discharge the bottles.
e,Empty pallet out,main machine reset,then for next full pallet
