Descriptive abstract

This machine is suitable for round bottle, round cans, cylindrical etc all kinds of cylindrical objects. The material of labeling objects can be PET, plastic, glass, metal and so on all kinds of cylindrical objects, the label material must be paper label, applicable to pasting labels, separating papers, gluing, labeling and recovering labels on all kinds of round bottles automatically to reduce manual labeling process, improve labeling efficiency and quality of packaging.

3,  Warning! The operations to the electrical boxes and circuits should be under the instructions from electrical technicians.

4,  Warning! Pay attention to the rotating parts to prevent compression crush.

Operation Rights

v  Make sure operation, location and maintenance of this machine must be performed by trained and authorized personnel.

v  Only allow certified or professional personnel and equipment engineer to accomplish the layout.

v  Operation to the machine needs to make sure:

——Operator has the knowledge to repair or deal with basic malfunctions during the process of the machine operation.

Operation Environment

Do not use under following circumstances:

Severe temperature variation

Humidity or high moisture

Intensely vibration and shock

Too much dust

Water, oil and chemicals spray

Explosive, flammable, and dangerous things

 Cleaning mechanism:

Clean the paper claw and the paste plate after every use in order to ensure the normal use in the future.

Attentions in cleaning:

Do not use cleaning tools which can damage the mechanical surface;

Do not use acid-dissolution fluid;

Cleaning the parts in the paper claw and paste plate mechanism is very important, otherwise it will affect the normal labeling.
