Description of Efficiency Thickener
Thickener is gravity sedimentation equipment to separate liquid-solid mixture of homogeneous phase.The thickener collects slurry to center by scraper and then discharges from the outlet.
It is extensively used in industries, such as thickener applied in mineral processing plant, separating fine mineral from water, thickener applied in chloride-alkali plant to separate salt mud, thickener applied in waste water processing plant, and wet process phosphorus acid etc. Meanwhile,NHD-serial deep cone thickener is developed and successfully applied in alumina for red mud separating and washing system to increase solid content in red mud, which bring treatment of alumina tailings into a new stage.
Performance Characteristics of Thickener
The High efficiency concentrator machine of our company is suitable for dehydrating water of the concentration and gangue in the concentrating factory which can make the mash of 20-30% raise up to 40-70% about. It is widely used for melting, chemical, coal, non metal concentration, environment protected etc industry.
Working Principle of Thickener
This thickener consists of round thickener and harrow scrapping machine, the solid particles suspend in thickener settling by gravity, the pulp in the upper turn into clean water, so that the separation can be realized. Slime that sediment in the bottom of the thickener is discharged by the harrow scrapping continuously, and clean overflow from the upside.
