Cationic pam polyacrylamide

Description:

1. Cationic polymer (also named Cationic polyacrylamide) is the white powder with the molecular weight from 5 million to 15 million, and the icon degree from 20% to 80% has good water solubility,
2. It can be dissolved in the water by the arbitrary proportion but not the organic solvent, it is copolymerized on cation monomer and polyacrylamide.
3. It has the characteristics of high-polymer electrolyte, and it can be applied in the treatment of waste water rich in organics with negative charge.

Application:

1. As a flocculating agent: mainly used in industrial solid-liquid separation process, including settlement, to clarify, concentrate and sludge dewatering processes, applications for all the major sectors are: Urban Sewage Treatment, Paper, Food Processing, Petrochemical, Metallurgical Processing, Grain alcohol wastewater, brewery wastewater, Beverage plants wastewater, Textile printing, Dyeing and the Sugar and all kinds of industrial wastewater treatment.
Main advantages: effective, low dosage.

2. In the paper industry can be used as dry strength agents, retention agents, filter aids: can be greatly improved as paper quality, enhance the physical strength of paper and reduce the loss of fiber or filler to accelerate the treatment, since enhanced retention to help filter effect can also be used in the treatment of white water at the same time, in the deinking process can play a significant flocculation. Main advantages: cost savings, improve the productive capacity of paper mills.

3. Packing:

Cationic pam polyacrylamide: (25kgs/bag, 500kgs/bag, 1000kgs/bag) is packed in two-layer bag with plastic bag for inner packaging, woven bag or PP for external packaging.

Delivery:

Within 10 days after receiving your advance payment.

Storage, Transportation &Cautions:

This product is non-toxic in normal use conditions, no stimulation of the skin, stored in the ventilation 

and dry place, to prevent moisture.Avoid heat, humidity, Number of pile layer: less than 20, shelf life: 2 years.

Notes and Caution/attention:

1. The operator should wear protective equipment, skin contact, or water wash.

2. Using the on-site, usually rinsed with water to prevent slipping injuries.

3. This series should seal kept in a cool dry place.
