GYC-60 Multi-sawbalde Cutter

Introduction:
GYC-60H Multi-sawblade Cutter is designed to cut Aerated Concrete, EPS concrete, Fiber Concrete, Foam Concrete, It has multi functions. 

Processing Technology:
- Mix the certain dosage raw materials in the mixer;
- After mixing uniformity pour the mixture slurry into mould, after a certain procuring a block forming,
- And after the block reaches to a certain hardness put it on the cutting area to cut it into required blocks,
Cutting process:
-Sawblade Cutter -1 will cut the block’s top and bottom;
-Sawblade Cutter -2 will cut the block in longitudinal vertical;
-Sawblade Cutter -3 will cut the block in horizontal vertical.
-The finished small blocks will be stacking, packaging, or truck loading.
