Specifications

The Grindingmill can grind the following non-inflammable and non-explosive materials with the hardness below Scale 9.3 of Moh’s and the moisture content below 6%,such as:

a) Minerals:limestone, calcite, barite, dolomite, potassium feldspar, marble, talcum, gypsum, kaoline, medical stone, rock phosphate,etc.

b) Metallurgy materials: manganese ore, iron ore.etc.

c) Chemical materials: active carbon, carbon black,etc.

d) Building materials:glass, ceram, fireproof materials, heat preservation materials,etc.

Working Principle:

Firstly, raw material is crushed by jaw crusher to the size required, then elevated into a hopper from which the material is transported through the electro-magnetic vibrating feeder evenly and continuously into the grinding chamber for powder-processing. The rollers oscillate outward to press the ring because of the centrifugal force and the shovel scoops up the materials, send to the middle between the ring and rollers to accomplish the grinding.After grinding, the rough materials will be recycled by the air from the fan back into the grinding chamber for regrinding and the fine powders are blew into the cyclone and poured out through the output-powder pipe as the final products.

Features:
1, Having higher capacity of 20-30% relatively to Raymond mill, and Higher grinding force of rollers to stuffs because of high pressure springs.( notes for 5R4121: compared to 5R4119 raymond mill, at the same motor powder, capacity is improved to 10%, and Higher grinding force of rollers to stuffs because of high pressure springs.)
2,It can process the mineral stuffs of Moh’s hardness below 9.3 grade. 
3,The final products have a wide range, max. powders are up to 0.95mm(20mesh), mini ones are 0.038mm(400mesh).
4, little pollution and dust collector efficiency is to national limitation.

Working process:
Working process: large stuffs are delivered to bunker by elevator after crushed, then to chamber by electric feeder. In mainframe, shovels scoop up stuffs into the parts between rollers and ring, the processed powders are blowed up to analytical engine with wind entering chamber by blower, part of powders which can not be up the demand fineness will fall back to be grinded, left(that is final product) with airflow enter concentrator and divided with air then discharged from discharge vavle. Air returns to blower and circles, flowing in minus state.
