1. General Introduction
 It can automatically straighten the pipe from the pipe coil, cut it to a set length,and bend it by 3-dimensions. Unloading of the product is by a mechanical manipulator. This machine is widely used for air conditioners, automobiles, furniture, etc.The machine is used to deal with aluminum, brass or copper pipes with diameter from  diameter 4~ diameter 19.05mm. The decoiling and straightening mechanism is based on a pneumatic clamping method and driven by te servo motor. For the bending mechanism, the clamp and support bracket is driven pneumatically while feeding, rotation and bending movements are controlled by the servo
drive. The manipulator is controlled pneumatically. The whole machine is controlled by a touch
screen. The operation language is in Chinese and English. The machine has a high stability, a goodrepeatability, and a high efficiency.

4. Features
4.1 The human operation interface allows the operator to enter the pipe cut-to-length, bending
angle, space rotation angle, linear distance and other parameters.
4.2The machine can make a maximum of 30 angles continuously, and can save 300 sets of
process parameters. And it is also equipped with a CF card which can expand the memory
capacity of the control system.
4.3 The product can be numbered and tracked.
4.4 Adjustment of the machine is simple.

5.1 The parts which might harm the human body are set with a protection device or a warning
sign.
5.2 The machine is well earthed.
6. Post-sales Service
6.1 The warranty is 1 year starting from acceptance at the buyer’s site. The seller is to repair the
machine or replace the broken parts if faults are caused by manufacture defects ( excluding the  faults caused by wrong operations)

The machine is packed in plywood cases which can be moved through forklift by its feet.

The nearest sea port is Shanghai port which is the largest and most convenient port over China.

The delivery time is 60 days after receipt of down payment. 

The machine can be loaded into normal container (20GP or 40GP). 

Our company provides test-running service to the customers. We would send our engineers to the buyer's site for installation, test-running and training service. The customer should bear the following costs: round way air ticket fare, and board and lodging, and daily allowance. The warrantee period is 1 year after completion of test-running.  We provide technical support life-time.
