sealing machine  - Description

 The automatic L bar sealer and shrinking tunnel can be widely used in electronic, hardware, plastic & rubber, software, food, printing and medical industry and etc, and applied POF shrinking film.

The machine includes two parts: Automatic sealer and Shrinking tunnel.

Operators manually put products into film on sealing table, and then using sealing blade to cutting film to realize 99.99% sealing effect. The temperature of sealing can be adjusted between 150°C-180°C which will be according to the thickness of film.

After that manually putting products on belt conveyor which delivers the products through shrinking tunnel. Finally, operator takes the final products off the belt conveyor.

In addition, the max. speed can be 8-10 PCS/min.

The sizes of production are:7*5*1.5 (inch)/10*8*1.75(inch), which can be accomplished in one machine.

Heating part, it use electric tube with thermal slug style, the self-life will be longer.
