Shrink tunnel:

This steam shrink tunnel is used connect with the label machine and steam generator. Its frame is stainless steel 201 or 304, according to per customer. In the middle of the tunnel, it is flexlink conveyor on which the bottles or products with label transfering, and in the processing of transfering, the steam shrinked the labels on the product surface. And in the end of the tunnel, it also can be connected with the packing line that the line will be automatically without labors. The machine can also used seperately. To shrink the light industry products, such as chemical, medical, electric products, daily products, etc.

Features of Shrink tunnel :

1)     All the internal pipe line and the outer covering rack are made of the imported high quality stainless steel, which satisfies the request of the food factory completely.

2)     The steam spout position of the shrinking tunnel will be designed solely according to the product characteristic of your company.

3)      It can freely adjust the direction and the steam quantity, when after shrink , it can guarantee the label will closely attach to the bottle body, no falling off.
