Zhangjiagang City YuFeng Factory is developing new filling machine with upgrade structure basing on the old machine, which makes the machine more stable while running.

Our factory will be mainly focus on the new machine in near future because of market demand.

Below will explain the difference briefly:

1, Bearing support:

The bearing support of new machine is shorter than that of old machine, which is more stable than old machine while running. 

2, Fixed support

The fixed support is used to support the stainless steel plate. The fixed method is changed see attached photo for ref. Also, the height is shortened. 

3, Table:

As you can see the photo, there are beams added on the table, which make the machine more stable while running. 

4, Electric work:

All the electric wires are protected from wetting, smartening and cutting by plastic pipe.

5, Lubrication system

There are no lubrication system in old machine, and need manually lubricate the machine after sometime usage;

Now we apply the automatic lubrication system which is more easy for maintenance. 

6, Electric control system

Old machine: installed the control system under the table.

New machine: have an individual control cabinet, which is easier for technician to inspect the machine and operation. 

7.1, Water inlet pipe

Old machine: there is a water distributor between the washing part and pipe, it is easily to leakage;

New machine: Now the cleaning water is directly to the washing pipe, it reduce the risk of water leakage;

7.2, Water distributor pipe

Old machine: we apply the soft pipe

New machine: now change to the stainless steel pipe which is more hygene. 

8, Gear of capping part:

The structure is changed which is more stable while running. 

9 The structure of bottle outlet

The material is all changed to stainless steel with better surface treatment, which can be protect the bottle and looks more beautiful; 

10, Surface treatment

This is the most obvious difference. All the machine inside and outside are satin-finished.
