Bottle unscrambler
Description:
The bottle unscrambler is used in ordering disordered polyester bottles. The disordered bottles are carried into the bottle storage section by bottle elevator. With the help of the pushing force of the rotating disk, the bottles enter their position. With the function of the turning bottle device and the air-flow the bottles are ordered into bottles stand-up-position and are carried into the next process with the air-transfer type conveying system.
The machine adopts PLC computer control production capacity is adjustable. The automatic eliminating device will effect when distortion bottle found.
Features:
· Output: from 8000 up to 20000 bottles/hour
· Application bottle: 500ml to 2000ml PET bottle
· Large volume empty bottle hopper conveyor with automatic speed control
· Pocket and chute technology for effective bottle sorting and handling
