We are pleased to introduce ourselves as machinery manufacturers and technology providers from Hyderabad, INDIA for AAC plants and other building material projects like, Precast Concrete Plants,  Dry Mix Mortar Plants, Sand  Lime Bricks Plants, etc. Please find attached our brochure to get an idea of our activities. 

We manufacture/assemble entire machinery at our premises in Hyderbad with indigenous technology.

Our Overseas Client, Saudi AAC Brick Factory, Al Jubail, near Dammam, Saudi Arabia has a running plant operating for the last 10 years with a capacity of 300 cubic meters/day supplied by a European Company.  They were planning to expand the plant from 300 to 600 with a provision to expand to 1000 by increasing factory building area based on the concepts/layout of European suppliers.

We are pleased to inform you that we have studied the plant layout and have offered to expand the plant from 300 to 960 without increasing even one square meter factory building area. After witnessing our machinery quality and technology, Saudi AAC, have assigned the project of expansion to us and requested us to develop and supply machinery on European platform. we have completed the manufacturing of  equipment. Saudi executives have completed final inspection and the equipment is now ready for shipment.

We wish to inform you that we have manufactured Green Separator for our Saudi Project. We may also mention that Green Separator is manufactured for the first time in India by us along with only 2 other companies in Europe.

We also wish to inform you that all the projects we have executed and currently being executed are all customized for the specific requirements of the client. Thus in our short journey of 4 years, we have executed AAC plants with 3 platforms, viz., European Model with side opening mould/long cutting machine/green separator, Our Model with Compact Cutting and Tilting Machine/Mould with top  opening, Mobile Slurry Mixer, etc., and  Our another High End Model  with full Automation and Packing Line.   

We take up AAC and other building material projects from concept to commissioning which includes detailed engineering (Civil, mechanical, electricals, automation and utilities), machinery selection and manufacturing,  erection of total machinery and commissioning. We are executing the following projects in India and abroad

1. 1000 m³/day plant expandable to 1450 with sand and fly ash near Chennai, India.

In final stage of completion

2. 500 m³/day plant expandable to   750 with fly ash near Raipur, Chattisgarh, India.

       Plant is in Operation.

3. 500 m³/day plant expandable to   750 with fly ash near Guntur, A.P, India

       Plant is in operation.

4. 300 m³/day plant with fly ash near Khammam, Telangana, India.

       Plant is in operation

5. 200 m³/day plant expandable to 300 with fly ash near, Nagpur, India

Plant is in operation.

6. Modernisation with our technology and expansion of a running plant from 300 m³/day to 960 in Industrial City, Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia.

7. We have received 3 orders for 300 cubic meters/day capacity which is in an advanced stage of execution, another order for 775 cubic meters/day capacity using silica sand and another order for 2000 cubic meter/day .  

All the above projects were executed/being executed by us on a turn key basis and we have also executed the factory shed (PEB) for Nagpur, Guntur and Vijayawada Projects.

We have studied all types of AAC plants supplied by Chinese/European manufacturers and have incorporated several improvements and innovations based on our experience of operating cement plants and other building materials plants with modern automation systems coupled with passion for Engineering/Technology. 

Some of the innovative concepts incorporated by us include fit and forget type top opening mould, specially designed 2 stage feeding for proportioning of raw materials--a macro feeder and a micro feeder, compact layout resulting in optimal material handling, specially designed curing frames and handling in autoclaves, total recycling of cut waste designed for zero product wastage, etc., leading to higher capacity utilisation, lower power consumption, lower fuel consumption and higher productivity.  

We are using world’s best quality components (with service support in India) in all the key machinery manufacturing apart from maintaining quality manufacturing techniques/specifications apart from maintaining highest standards in design engineering of all the machinery from a bolt to critical machines.
