Application and performance
Hammer crusher/fine crusher machine is lately developmental new kind of crusher equipment. This kind of machine is designed for small-scale gold processing plant, especially adapt to free gold recovery. Assembled with Centrifugal Concentrator or jig can establish a processing plant, and it is very effective to recovery free gold. Since the technologic process doesn’t need add any chemicals, it is environment friendly. Using the advanced crushing structure, the crusher can achieve crush and grinding at one time. Choosing Mn13 (High Manganese Material) the hammer head is longer life. It is especially suitable for the remote region, because of the simple structure, easy operation,maintenance and convenient for moving. You can operate it without receiving any special training.
Structures
The machine is consist of frame,rotor,hammer head and other parts,Motor drive the
rotor through Elastic coupling .Materials was crushed by the hitting between rotating
hammer and crushing plate. Rotor is compose of rotor shaft,triangle belt,disc,hammer shaft,hammer and other parts.rotor shaft is fixing triangle plate and disc,plate is separated by axle sleeve,shaft amount to the plate and hammer hanged on shaft,rotor shaft will rotate with hammer.
Installation This machine was assembled to supply,when customer received this machine
shall check in case of some defect.
1.This machine is amounted to cement concrete basis,shall consider about discharging position when arrange the basis.
2.In order to avoid vibrating cause the effect with building or else,shall fix with hard plate or any vibration-absorptive material .
3.Motor and rotor shaft central shall keep straight in case of sleeve damage and heat.
4.The rotating part is on the right, the position can be adjust as requirement.
Usage Instructions
Preparation before start;
1.Check if proper lubricating oil inside bearing.
2.Check if all fasten part is tight.
3.Check if there is metal or crushing-difficult materials inside machine body.
4.Check if internal between hammer and bar grate is normal.
5.Rotate rotor by hand to watch its condition.
Start of the machine
1.Start machine after all transmission and machine is right
2.If found any wrong shall stop to solve to start.
Usage and maintenance
1.Feeding materials after machine in right operation.
2.Average feeding avoid workload increasing suddenly.
3.Check bar grate regularly,if any block clean it immediately.
4.Bearing temperature is in 35 degree when working, if over 70 degree shall stop in time
to solve.
5.Stop feeding before stop machine, closed motor after clean all materials.
6.Shall change elastic sleeve on coupling in time.
7.Discharge size can be adjust by the following method;
Change bar grate type,add or reduce bar grate to change internal.
8.When vibrating too much shall stop immediately to find out reason.
9.Once one side of hammer is consumed can change to another side.
10.Assemble or change hammer shall make sure the rotor balance.The total weight in each hammer shaft shall equal to the one in opposite side,deviation shall not exceed 100g.
Lubricating
1.The rotation bearing shall lubricating with clean oil.
2.Add lubricating oil to bearing every 8 working hour,change oil every 1 to 3 month.
