      For the first time, we  are unfamiliar with each other, we can accept the trial order to test our product quality and our service, then you can build a long-term cooperation with us.

02.Whether can get a sample before the first order ?what requirement for sending the samples to new customers?
     A. We will supply some samples ( total value under 10 USD) for free if you have Fedex,DHL,EMS,TNT freight collectable account,when sample value over 10 USD, please pay the shipping cost. We will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment.Sample cost will be returned from your future orders.
     B. Usually the sample will be ready within 3-6 days.

     In usual, about 2-4 working days of delivery time  for spare parts if all the products have in stock! 7-14 working days for accessories to produce (this according to the quantity and the factory arrange order schedule, if in stock, the delivery time will be fast),please arrange the full payment before the shipment.

02.Which kind of package for the products? How can ensure the product delivery safety ?Do we accept client’s request package?
     We use the plastic bag+opp bag+carton for spare parts. PE bag,colour bag,colour box depended on the products for phone accessories,all package ensure the product safety,we can help client to design the package, but need order mini quantity for making package with your logo.

03. How to choose the best transport method for the products?
     A. For spare parts, we can use express delivery like DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT and EMS,as we enjoy very good discount in these shipping companies.
     B. If customers have their own shipping account , transportation fee is paid by such accounts are also welcomed.
     C. For product with large package, we will try to transport by air or by sea.

04.How to deal with the damaged goods in transit?
     If the product problem is caused by our reason, such as the products get lost,the products are sent to wrong place, we will compensate for all product.

05.How to deal with Customs clearance case?
     If the case appear in our customs, we'll bear, if the case appear in client side, we will try our best to cooperate with customs to solve the problem,such as offering the clearance document and other things we can do.
