5) Nitrogen gas reflow soldering technology for SMT.

1.single or double layer board (0.6/0.8/1.0/1.2/1.6mm) with HASL

   5*5cm with 10pcs only need 10$ ;10*10cm with 10pcs only need

Notes: No any special tech requirements

About Film: 2 layers board need 6pcs Films

                     4 layers board need 8pcs Films

                     6 layers board need 10pcs Films

If the size of board is not 5*5cm and 10*10cm then should add engineering cost

and board cost ,film cost(16usd+0.01usd/cm²+0.01usd/cm²)

For example: Making an 2layers board samples, Thickness of board is 1.0mm ,S-

ize is 11*12cm then how much should I pay ?

16(engineering cost )+11×12×0.01×10(pcs)(board cost)+0.01 ×6×11×12

(film cost)=37.12usd
