Hydrocyclone is the high efficiency equipment for grading and desliming,it is widely used at home and 

abroad,cause it has simple structure,easy to manufacture,with large capacity.Hydrocyclone is used for 

grading,sorting,thickening and desliming.when the hydrocyclone is used for grading,it is mainlyused with 

the grinding&gradingsystem for desliming;it can also used for desliming in the gravity separationplant.

It used as the equipment for thickening and dehydration.It can be used to concentrate the evacuation 

tailings backfill in underground mining tunnel.Without moving parts,the structure is simple,The production 

capacity of unit volume is large,small footprint,high grading efficiency(reached 80%~90%),with fine grading 

size.Low cost,low consumption of materials.

1. Non-standard design and manufacture are available as required. 
2. The hydrocyclone is made of gray casting if there is no special explanation. 
3. Various materials are available: polyurethane, steel shell lining polyurethane, abrasive rubber, 

KM composite material, silicon carbide, high alumina ceramic, high chromium alloy and other materials.
