There are six step when production, blowing pe base film, printing logo and laminate transparent film to make our film looks more bright and protect our film during construction, transportation, storage, etc, glue coating,  Rewinding the film to find out the unqualified part, cutting to needed width, packaging.

Blowing:

Film blowing, The first production process, We produce various colors as below: transparent, black and white, black, white,blue, yellow and white etc. 12 sets of three-layer coextrusion film flowing machines enable us to supply approximate 9000tons PE protective film with thickness 30 micron to 200 micron and 3000tons adhesive film for aluminum composite panel.

Printing

Printing, The second production process. We adopt printing and laminating technology. we laminate one layer of transparent PE film to protect the printing logo. 1-5 colors overprinting is available. With 6 sets of printing machines, our monthly output is 10million square meters.

Glue Coating

glue coating, after printing, the last production process. In this process, we coat glue on the film. For glue or adhesive, we use eco-friendly water-based acrylic. With 7 sets ofcoating equipments, we can prduce protective film 11million square meters every month.
