Introduction of pressing die

EQ-Die-03D is a Complete pressing die with 1/8" I.D. is ready for you to make 3 mm diameter sample pellet. The die is designed for our 24T Mini Pressing machine,and also is good for any desktop pressing up to 10 metric Tone.

Steps to make sample pellet	Mixing and grinding chemical powder by agate mortar or Ball Mill Calcine mixed the powder in a high temp furnace under suitable temperature Crushing and Grinding calcined powder again by mortar or ball mill Put calcined powder in to the die Pressing sample by a pressing machine under suitable pressure Take out pellet sample from die Sintering the pellet under suitable temperature Then, a new material sample is formed!ing Oven
