Electric oven is a CE certified bench-top high temperature muffle furnace. furnace The furnace consists of high quality alumina fiber insulation and 1800 grade MoSi2 heating furnace elements and it's controlled by high precision SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) universal power furnace controller ( updated from 2/26/13 ) and and It is an ideal tool for materials annealing furnace and sintering in your research laboratory.

1. Operation Temperature: 1600℃ ( 1700℃ for short time). 

2. Maximum energy efficiency is achieved by surrounding the chamber with thermal-efficient alumina fiber ceramic insulation.

3. Heavy duty double layer structure with cooling fan. Lower teperature in outside case. 

4. PID automatic control via current limiting phase angle fired the resistor, e.g. SCR(Silicon Controlled Rectifier)5. Power control with 30 segments programmable.

1. Can you make the size as required?

Yes, the size can be customized.

2. Why that the max. temperature can just use less than 2 hours?

It will harm the heating elements when using max. temperature for too long time.

3. Can I send you my sintering material?

Yes, you can, and we can help you sinter the material free of charge .

4. What is the reason of “Power and heating element are OK, but furnace can’t be controlled by program” ?

Controller or related circuit may be damaged,please check controller. If not, please inform manufacturer.

5. Are you a manufacturer or trade company ?

6. We are not professional for operation and installation of your machine?
While it is not a stumbling block,our machine is easy to operate,
no need to professional training,and the instruction manual and

7. How about packaging ?………….if machine damaged,what should I do ?
Usually machine is packed with wooden case and standard export carton,
plywood carton or as your requirement.Damage haven’t happened before,
if happen,we will arrange replacement.
