60T Self-alignment pipe welding rotator in batch

    Our self-alignment welding rotator is designed and produced to better satisfy the growing demands for the pressure vessel manufactures both domestically and internationally. It can deal with a wide range of diameters, and it adopts frequency conversion setting and stepless speed regulation mode.

    In standard configuration, one set is an active one combined with an idler one .the active rotator has a set of driving system ,it mainly consists of AC frequency motor , reducer, coupling and connecting shaft. Through the AC motor and two sets of worm gear reducers working together, which ensures to make the rollers run.
