Features:

1.This machine has a reasonable structure , stable performance, equipped with forced lubrication system, high efficiency, low energy consumption,  good forming effect, simple operation, easy maintenance.

2. The unique mold structure for machining of various water crops straw: (1) the good adaptability to extend the raw material’s production cycle; (2) the size of material is 3 ~ 30 mm, moisture content in the range of 16% ~ 30%.

3. The ring mold with a  flat type, cavity wear synchronization, effectively prolong service life.Template is specially designed, so the biomass fuels have high density and smooth surface.

4. The automatic heating device for adjust the temperature and solve the problems such as congestion, poor shape in the molding.
