What's high tensile pre tension wedges and barrels?

1.Each set of wedges and barrels consists of a barrel, a wedge(2 parts or 3 parts).

2.There is a conial hole in middle of barrel, through which steel strand shall penetrate in advance during operation, and then wedges shall be installed into this hole and fix the steel strand.

3. Put the jack in place, and start to oil pump to transfer oil.

4.The jack will put the steel strand towards outsied. In this way, steel strand is anchored due to wedging effect.

What's the feature of  high tensile pre tension wedges and barrels?

1. Our wedges and barrels can be used to anchor PC strand which strength below 2000Mpa.

2. It has excellent static load anchoring performance. Anchoring efficiency factor is ηA≥0.95 and elongation εa≥2% , and meet International strandard FIP 1993<Post tensioned prestressing system acceptance advice>

3. It has excellent fatigue resistance. It pass 200 million fatigue resistance test which stress amplitude is 120MPa, and the upper limit of stress is 0.65fpk.

4. It has good self-anchor performance

5. The draw-in of anchor is ≤6mm.

6. The friction loss of anchor is ≤2.5%
