Product Introduce of Spiral Classifier  :

There are mainly high weir type single spiral separator and double spiral separator, immersed weir type single spiral separator and double separator. The high weir spiral separator is used for the overfall size is 0.83mm-0.15mm ore classification. The immersed weir separator is for the overfall size is 0.15-0.07mm. It is a material classification device which Using gravity or centrifugal force and the subsidence rule of particles in the fluids. Its feature includes simple structure, reliable operation, easy to use etc. 

Application Range of Spiral Classifier :

It is widely used in combine with ball grinder into closed circulation for ore-sand separation in the ore separation plant; classify ore sand and fine sludge in gravity ore separation plant; classify the grain of ore pulp at the metal ore separation process; and remove sludge/water at the ore separation process. 

Working Principle of Spiral Classifier:

Coarse particles dip into the bottom of the chute, and then they will be pushed to the top by the spiral and discharged. During the transportation process, the coarse particles dehydrate themselves. The fine particles, which do not have enough time to dip into the bottom of the chute, are carried by the ore pulp flow through the surface and discharged from the overflow weir. There is lifting equipment on the upper beam of the frame, which is used to adjust the distance between the spiral blades and the chute bottom and raise the spiral axle when the machine stops working, in case that the ores deposit and bury the spiral blades to damage the axles and blades when the machine starts working again.  Fine ore pulps are fed into water tank through the feeding opening located in the center of settling zone. Beneath the inclined water tank is the ore pulp classification zone where ore pulps are stirred by low-speed impellers. Fine ore particles are lifted up and then spilled out the overflow opening, coarse ore particles precipitate down to tank bottom and are discharged via discharge spiral.The position of the overflow opening is higher than the bearing centre where in the bottom of the screw shaft,and lower than the upper edge of overflow spiral.

1. Export Port is Qingdao, Tianjin or Shanghai BY SEA.

2. If no request appoint port, we usally export from Qingdao Port. 

3. Trade Term is usally based on FOB, C&F, CIF.
