Spring Cone crusher is suitable to crush various kinds of ores and rocks of medium or above medium 

hardness.The spring cone crusher acts as an overloading protection system that allows metal to pass through the crushing chamber so as not to damage the cone crusher. The type of crushing chamber depends upon 

size of feeding and fineness of crushed product. The standard type (PYB) is applied to medium crushing, the medium type (PYZ) is applied to medium or fine crushing and the short head type  (PYD) is applied to fine 

crushing.

Working Principle of Spring Cone Crusher:

Through the v-belts, pulley, transmission shaft, pinion and the bevel gear, the power will be transmitted from the electrical motor to the eccentric bushing. Thus the eccentric bushing begins to rotate, which will generate the friction force to drive the main shaft rotating and wiggling. Therefore, part of the mantle approaches the bowl liner to crush the material, while the other part of the mantle is a little bit far from the blow liner, between which the crushed products of required size will be discharged from the lower part after repeating crushing, extruding and bending.
