The hydrapulper

Using waste cardboard, waste paper, scrap Newspaper,old books,carton,etc.as raw materials, through the processes such as garrulous pulp,rubing pulp,etc,turning the paper into fibre, then the paper pulp can be formed and suspending in water. According to the necessary characteristic of producing the products , we can control the length and density of paper pulp properly in order to meet the demand of producing. Add some special auxiliary in the paper pulp, we can make the products waterproof , defend oil ,etc. . Putting into the proper pigment can make the products possess various kinds of colors.Finally,we can get the finished pulp for producing.

The forming machine auxiliaries system is a system

which comprises the vacuum power and the air compressor source for the

forming machine. The vacumm power system mainly includes vacumm pump,

air tank, dehydration pump ,recycle water tank .The vacumm pump is used to produce negative pressure ,and the air tank will stock the negative pressure

air and the dehydrated water in the process ,then the dehydration pump will

elicit the water in the vacumm tank ,and the recyle water tank can supply the cooling water which should be connected with tap water . The air compressor source includes air compressor and air tank ,which supplies power for the

forming machine and heat pressing machine .

The dryer- drying system

The wet product after forming consist of 70%-75% moisture,so that a

drier is necessary for dehydration .The DW series directly burning drier

applies gas,diesel oil,steam,heat transfer oil and so on as the heat

sources .The gas burning and oil burning drier are imported from Germany,Japan,Italy,which is safe enough.The transducer drive net

strip engine is used for the drier,which can transduce freely and be

more safety .

After series of processes,the product should be tested,packed,and stocked.

We can take manual work or automatic packer to count and pack according

to the characteristics of different products.

Mould is one of the key parts of the paper pulp molding/moulding product line ,whose shape ,structure and precision have directly effects on the final size , appearance and production efficiency of the product .On the basic of the technic and experience for many years ,we design by 3D ,and machining by CNC equipment to make the mold/mould structure reasonable , high precision ,good interchanging .The filtration net of the forming mould applies stainless steel .The mould are made from aluminum magnesium alloy , cuprum , stainless steel , high- intensity colophony and so on .We provide any kinds of standard molds/moulds of egg tray ,egg carton ,fruit tray .And we can also produce according to the model the customer demand.
