High Pressure Laminates:

High Pressure Laminates(HPL) is the direct descendent of the original plastic laminate. It is considered to be one of the most durable decorative surface materials and is available with special performance properties including chemical, fire and wear resistance.

Structures:

High Pressure Laminate(HPL) is formed by laminating decorative color sheet dipped with melamine resin and multi-layer black or brown kraft paper dipped with phenolic resin and pressing with steel plate under high pressure and high temperature.

The thickness and color can be adjusted by the customers' actual needs.

• Top layer : Protective overlay for printed decors
• Under layer :decorative paper impregnated with melamine resin
• Core : layers of kraft paper impregnated with phenolic resin
