The Semi Continuous type waste tire pyrolysis system is using tire chip Screw feeder to send the 50 *50 mm tire chip inside the reactor system and screw slag under the highly isolated oxygen free environment , and the water jacket slag system is furthermore connected with the water cooled screw carbon black conveyor (this is being applied normally in the fully continuous pyrolysis system) with flap valve connections so that this upgraded system does not need 8 hours cooling time any more, the output time can be reduced to 3-4 hours. Everyday Customer save 6 hours per batch, so that he can have time to make 1.5 batch per day if proficient enough. Raw material will be heated and pyrolysis in reactor when it rotate. It has characteristic of short pyrolysis time, small labor intensity, low power consumption, catalyst-free and high safety factor. At same time, it resolve many problems of rotate type pyrolysis plant, such as too many airproof points, air pollution, oil vapor outlet and ash discharge outlet are easy to leak, etc. This semi continuous type waste tire pyrolysis plant use original L type hot air heating pipe (double piping entrance), which can ensure raw material could be heated uniformly and pyrolysis completely, and also ensure the gas can be separated from carbon black powder efficiently. Compare to other plant’s problem that pyrolysis gas and carbon black always mixing together, output gas doesn’t has deposit and separate space, easy to jam pipeline and pollute oil by large amount carbon black powder, our semi continuous plant has unexampled advantages. Furthermore, we will supply to our pyrolysis customer full knowledge of the ash removal technology which is only and exclusively only our patents and only will be shared with our customer. 

The fully continuous horizontal type pyrolysis system applies automatic feeding and slag, the raw material (tire chip and plastic 50mm*50mm size big ) is pyrolysed during the moving process from the low temp zone to the high temp zone of the reactor vessel, which is of high automation, big capacity, and highly safety. Those advantages solve the batch system problems like dirty batch production, small production capacity, long reaction duration, high energy consumption, high labor cost, bad working condition , and in the meanwhile ,this fully continuous system avoid having too much sealing point , oil/gas outlet easy leakage, and air pollution problem. This system utilizes our unique designed inner screw pusher , which can guarantee the raw material get even heated , and fully pyrolysed, and at same time, it realize the 100% carbon black separation from the pyrolysed gas, so that this gas will not have carbon black powder inside , and the oil quality is being upgraded.
