Machine Introduction:                                                                                                                     

1) Tank (Pressure Vessel) volume: 0.5-5000 cubic meters as customized by your demands
2) Dimension: Diameter and height according to the requirements
3) Material: Stainless Steel (304 or 316L)
4) Tank shell thickness: 2mm or more (according to the design or customer required)
5) Pressure (MPa): Atmospheric pressure-Middle pressure (According to the Chinese Design standard)
6) Function: Storage water,liquid,food,fruit,cosmetic and so on.

The stainless steel storage tank fabricate procedure

1.The raw materaial plate was anlysised by our material anlysier to assure the quality

2.The welding is argon arc weld(TIG) to avoid plate's oxidized .And our quality control people will make a 

inspection to the welding situation 

3.After welding the the inner tank ,we will make a full water pressure test to check the welding joint .After 

welding the jacket ,the full water pressure test be done for jacket too.

4.After agitator installment ,we will operate it to assure the function is good .

5.The nozzle's position 's confirm also is checked by our quality control people .
