Features

The system is controlld by PLC with high precise of measurement.
Equipped with temperature sensors as well digital display to control the glue temperature, in order to ensure the starch dissolve into water much easier, in the mean while, avoding the glue deterioration along with the variation of ambient temperature.
Equipped with self-cleaning system, it will clean the glue tank automatically after glue supplying.
The caustic soda dissolving into water and stored in a special tank, whil the liquid level of the the lye tank is controlled by the PLC automatically, the special tank will automatically replenish the lye to the lye tank from the special tank when the lye tank level reaches the setup low limit.
When the starch tank level down to the level sensor, the system will alarm to refilling the raw material.
