Our MWZ-Q series fully automatic die cutting machine with full stripping is for corrugated paperboard die cutting with thickness not over than 9mm, adopting advanced technology and worldwide famous brands fittings.

Machine parts:

a.Feeding section

Adopts bottom-fed feeder, scratches can be avoided during feeding. Lead edge feeder. Frequency conversion control wind volume adjustment. Wind suction can be adjustable according to the paperboard size with high-power fans.

b.Feeding table

Adopts left and right push side lay to fulfill different printing registration requirement. Adjustable rubber wheel and brush wheel to ensure precise positioning to enter into front and side lay.

c.Die cutting section

Adopts pneumatic lock-up system on die cutting chase to increase efficiency. Computerized control display system and 3D touch screen operation can immediately trace and visualize machine status and possible machine stop causes. Equipped with 3 cam index box device and overloading protection clutch for perfect registration.

d.Stripping section

Double-action movement structure with upper and lower stripping frame facilitates die changes, motorized upper frame suspending hoist. Male/female die are available for different stripping jobs. Equipped with full stripping device for higher production efficiency. Adopts centerline registration system, reduce die change time, accurate positioning can increase production efficiency.

e.Delivery section

Adopts non-stop delivery system to insure paper delivery stable and fast. Safety photo-electric devices to insure paper delivery tidy.
