a.) When bar screen powered on entering into the running state, at this moment
1. Press MENU to enter into the setting state(input the password, then run the information number/edit information number/change

the password, etc.) 
2. Press On/Off Button to turn on /off the display
b.) During the setting state
1. First displaying PW:*** and input the password:888
2. Press ENTER to entering into the setting state after inputting the right password then display:Run?
3. Press the up and down to switch the menu: Run:?/Edit:?/NP:***(new password)
4. Input the corresponding character and press ENTER to confirm
5. Choosing Edit information it will display Edit:?, then input the number and press ENTER to confirm and see Speed:?

input the number to change the stage of speed, then press ENTER to confirm and enter , set 
the brightness Bright:?. input the corresponding character and press 
ENTER to enter into method setting, press the up and down to change the 
moving method, then press ENTER to enter and input character
6. Press CAP to switch between capital and lowercase (capital

the corresponding panel character. Press F2 display CLR? And press N to 
return the inputting state, press Y to exit after clearing the current 
message. Press (Up/Down Button)to choose other countries’ character
7. Press the right and left key to move position of inputting character. Press DEL to delete the current character,

press INS to insert a blank space
