Whiten masterbatch produced good quality stability and excellent dispersion with quality assurance. It can be directly used together with mixed resin, doesn’t contaminate container and can easily change color. 

  The product is made from high quality organic pigment, inorganic pigment and modifiers. Being characterized with good filtration performance, good weather resistance performance, no deviation and no turning yellow, it is particularly applicable to blown film, casting film, bottle blowing, blow molding, plastic injection and other products. 

Series of white color masterbatches produced by the company can be mingled evenly with raw material resin according to a certain percentage (determine the percentage per user requirements) and there is no need to add any other modifier, then the satisfied effects can be gotten.

The Titanium Dioxide (TiO2) in polymer basis (PE, PP, PS, PET) with different filling 30%-75 %. The concentrate is a comfortable method allows add TiO2 to polymer, yielding a white colour, without contamination by dust. They have perfect dispersion and optimized flow properties, resulting to maximum hiding power and easy processing.

Titanium Dioxide used in all white masterbatches, provides a high level of opacity, colouring strength, good dispersion and excellent UV – stability. Some brands may have a milky or bluish white undertone. There are white masterbatches types which contain a combination of TiO2 with other white pigments an optimized cost/performance.

Environment protection:

Series of white color masterbatches produced by the company contain no fluorescence whitening component and is environment-friendly; Food grade masterbatch can be used for food-contact package or products, especially for film products.

Before application, it should be mixed completely with polymer. In case fish eye phenomenon occurs, drying treatment should be operated casting film moisture-absorbing masterbatch.
