Basic parameter

Brief introduce of paper machine main parts

1.Cylinder part

ø750mm vacuum back roll

4 ø2000mm wove mold

Each wove mold is equipped with pressure form,couch device,vacuum box and shower pipe.

Each wove mold rack can withdrawing so that it convenient for  replacing wove mold.

2.Press section

Press section is composed by 1 advance press and 3 mian press.

Press upper roll is natural granite stone roll,bottom roll is cast iron cover rubber roll.

Press stone roll is equipped with double gasbag penumatic scraper knife.

Each felt is equipped with tightener,corrector, vacuum box and shower pipe etc.

3.Drying section

It composed by the 20 ø1800mm dryers and 2 ø3000mm dryers.

First group is 6  ø1800mm dryers .Drive by closed gear box.Each dry felt is equipped with

tightener,corrector,dryer scraper knife and carrying roll etc.

Second group is 8 ø1800mm dryers .The others are same with the first group.

Third group is 2 ø3000mm big cylinder. Each cylinder is equipped with ø800mm feltless press .It has

dryer scraper knife,corrector,tightener and carrying roll

Forth group:all is same with first group.

Drying section has one paper feeder.Air hood is ordinary open type air hood.The material of air hood

is aluminium alloy .

4.Drive

Total 11 drive points.Power is 400kw-700kw.

It use Y series motor.Through the gear reducer to drive each sections

1. Fixed all the movable parts with plastic films.
