Egg tray forming machine is a kind of machine which absorbs paper pulp-the raw material, on the

surface of mould by vacuum to get various shape and ratio of wet and dry by regulating time. After

such working procedure as transferring moulds, releasing moulds to complete paper tray production.

Production line

1.Pulping system

Pulper, Grinding Machine, Mixer, Stuff Pump, Water Pump, Control Cabinet, etc.

2.Forming system

This equipment consists of 4 forming pattern plates and 1 transfer plate.The size of each plate is

1450mm×450mm and each plate can carry 4 sets of 30pcs egg tray mould, totally 16 sets. The

molding efficiency is 9-11 plates/minutes and it is equipped with automatic vacuum drainage system

and automatic control cabinet.

3.Drying system

There are 2 kinds of drying system. One is metal, the other is brick. The conveyor plate can be

one layer and multi-layer, direct combustion hot air circulation. Using the imported or joint venture

brand burner(domestic uses the stove bar), equipped with an automatic control cabinet.

With using above materials of recovered fibers can saves:

Energy:

It takes 64% less energy to make paper from recycled materials (used paper) than from virgin

fiber (trees).Recycling one ton of paper saves the equivalent of 70 gallons of gasoline or 3

barrels of oil.

Water:

It takes 61% less water to make paper from 100% recycled materials.

Land:

Every ton of paper recycled saves 100 cubic feet of landfill space.

Air:

Making recycled paper results in 70% fewer air

pollutants than making paper from virgin wood.

Natural Resources (Trees):

For every ton of paper recycled, approximately 17 trees are saved.

packaging: products will packaged according to their shapes, weight, transport distance and

transport modes. large machines will be packaged in sections. every part of export machinery
