    1.1 The double frequency quenching machine is dedicated for roller quenching machine. The roller is used in cold-rolling mill to roll the steel plate. It is required that the surface hardness is between HS55-65 and strong toughness inside.

    1.2 The machine tool has function of preheating and quenching.

    1.3 The max weight of work-piece is 10t

    1.4 The work-piece operates steadily and has no crawl situation.

3. The components of equipment

4.0 The power plant of work-piece movement 

    The power plant uses motor reducing gear produced in shanghai, the model is WPWKO250-15-C double shaft. This motor reducing gear has the superior quality of low energy consumption, good performance, high reducing efficiency (up to 96%), small vibration, low noise, anti-inversion, easy to repair and reliable.

Slow movement use BWD-B3-17 worm type of reduction gearing. WPWKO250-15-C double reducer connected with reelable shaft coupling to make sure two machines work together. Installing a jaw clutch between BWD-B3-17 reducer output shaft and WPWKO250-15-C input shaft can switch fast speed or slow speed. Another WPWKO250-15-C reducer output shaft connected with 30KW electric machine by reelable shaft coupling.

4.1 Top beam assembly

    Top beam assembly machine includes two square tubes, two I-beams and processed by steel plate welding and aging treatment. Two rotation axis processed by forging, rough machining, conditioning process, fashioning, quenching and grinding. The bearing adapts the products from Harbin bearing factory to ensure top beam assembly can reach the requirements.

4.2 Lead screw

    The lead screw uses ABBA specialized trapezoidal screw, the bearing capacity is above 20 ton. The nut processed by albronze. It has good intensity and self-lubricating fuction.  

4.3 Workpiece revolution

    Workpiece revolution includes motor reducer, axle of revolution, bearing blocks and bearings, which have great carrying capacity and stable rotation.

4.4 Load lifting device

    Load lifting device is processed by aging treatment, rough machining, semi-finishing and fashioning after steel welding. It has the features of long working life, large carrying capacity, easy to dismounting.

4.5 Clamping length adjustment

    Workpiece clamping length adjustment includes polish rod, locking device, locating device, which can adjust arbitrary length of workpiece and easy to operating.

4.6 Induction hardening transformer 

    Induction hardening transformer includes electric engine lead screw, guide rail, screw nut, rack and the platform of induction hardening transformer; which can be adjusted within the effective stroke to assure the different renewal of induction heaters.

4.7 Water spraying ring

    Water spraying ring includes corrosion resistant plate and drilling welding, which can self-cooling and cooling the workpiece.

4.8 Control system

    The control system includes PLC, relay, frequency transformer and other electronic components, which has manual operation and automation function.

We have paper installation instructions and videos, we will teach till you learn it.

3. How about the payment terms and delivery time?

Payment terms for small machines: 100% T/T in advance.

The big machines and big amount: 50% deposit 50% before shipment (we will shoot total delivering process for customer's confirmation) and the related papers. You can pay by T/T or other ways.

The small machine delivery time is within 10 days, the bigger one takes about 15-20days, and we will delivery goods on time.
