Up-printing design, it is easy and convenient to control and maintain. The paper-pulling wheel which is before the printing roller can load paper to move. The roller is wrapped with high quality rubber to defense the paperboard to be hurt, and the down roller was knurled to increase the friction, so the paper can be fed steadily, also the printing picture is clear.

Membrane pump ink supplying system, automatically cycle, easy and convenient to operate, the ink amount can be adjusted by a little to make sure the printing picture is clear; the ink roller can be lifted and twirled singly by pneumatic to forbidden the ink’s drying when brake. It adopts flexo printing ways so the ink roller is convenient to wash.

The thickness of wall-board is 30mm, the machine is steady when it is working: international channel steel, casting tail margin, the height can be adjusted, suitable for the production line.

The transmission roller and axis are proceeding by fine and careful grinding, and hard chrome treatment, and the ink’s distributing is good.

The transmission gear adopts QT400 material. And it is designed by high precision requirement; the advantages are long use life, low noise, and working steadily.

It adopts mechanisms in group lifting structure, and when not prints, the strong professional pneumatic cylinder of printing group can pull can lift to the above of the paperboard( the intervals can get to 80mm), is also with anti-falling mechanism to make sure the paperboards’ moving without being impeded. While printing, the whole printing group can fall and the intervals between the group and the paper can be from15mm to 30mm. The coining roller and pinch roller’s adjusting way can be manual or electric-moving way.

To forbidden the paperboards’ bending deflection, the whole machine’s back is installed with passive paper receiving axis to upbear the paperboard which has already been printed
