Product Description
* Single layer double-layer and three-layer are used in 3,5and7 ply production lines.
* Strong ladder.safe guardrail and the full strong petterns pleate to make sure the safety of the workers on the over bridge.
* On the single facer have drop system, sole frequency motor device,with the corrugated machine's speed at the same step.
* It adopt cotton tape tracting conveyer, strong friction force Better ventilation property
* All of the belt roll and the surface of the roll after grinding Processing and chrome plated.
* the bridge suction adopt vacsorb tension single corrugated paper, and adjusting the blast
volume,to match the tension of different paper quality and speed.(can adopt frequency adjusting the blast volume)
* Vacuum absorption box can be adjusted according to the width of the paper.
* baffle electric adjusting ,correcting the error and adjusting multi-ply corrugated paper. (it can adopt PLC controll baffle auto location sunction)
* the over bridge and pasting machine are operated individually easy to operate.
* TQ1/TQ2/TQ3 type bridge can suit the production line speed 100-220m/min.
