1.Machine structure        Its die locking adopts toggle force mechanism. By compound die oil cylinder piston rod, the cross slider, connecting slab driving toggle, core plate move along the four tie bars at linear reciprocating motion to complete compound die and open mold process. Due to the increasing of arm curved force function. Pushing forward the oil cylinder slightly can get enough compound die force. At the same time, the whole mold institutions adopted four tie bars orientation, make sure the front template and back template good parallel after clamping mold (good sealing), and can effectively prevent the high temperature alloy material flying out to burn operating workers, so as to achieve the goal of safe production.Adopt the arm system with compact structure, small power consumption, fast movement speed and etc. Sports curve of a quadratic curve distribution is slow-fast-slow, sporting more smoothly to reduce the impact of the mold damage and achieve durable, high efficiency production.

2.Injection institutions     Injection parts are mainly composed of injection oil cylinder, injection stent, pressure material pole, material cup, nozzle body, nozzle head and etc. Under the high pressure hydraulic oil, the oil cylinder piston makes fluctuation up & down reciprocating motion, drive material within the cup feeding stem reciprocating motion, make alloy liquid through the crucible flow, nozzle body, nozzle head into the mold cavity. Injection organization adopt electro-hydraulic valve, achieve remote control and obtain large acceleration, therefore injection speed is fast, injection strength is big, so that the density of the casting is much high and good surface finish. The stroke switch is adjustable for every action of oil cylinder to guarantee the accuracy of each movement and interlock. Ensure the normal operation of the machine and the quality of the product.

 Power source adopts three-phase four wire 380 V, frequency 50 HZ ac, motor, heating tube, three-phase AC power supply , ac contactor, middle relays, time relay, thermostat, lights, heating cover, electromagnetic valve uses AC 220 V.
