After limestone is preheated, the feeding decomposition rate can reach 20%-25%, thus can directly make use of 10-15mm fraction limestone. Structure of lime kiln 

1.Th lime kiln body is round in shape.

The outermost layer of kiln body is steel structure kiln shell, bricked with thermal insulation materials inside. Many thermocouples are separately installed on the kiln body at different heights to measure the temperature in different areas of the kiln for timely adjustment.

2. PLC control system is equipped for furnace operation.

New energy-saving environmental-friendly intelligent composite firing shaft kiln system adopts advanced frequency conversion technology, and use upper computer combined with PLC operating system.

It realized the full automatic method in the process of feeding, mixing, calcination, ash discharging, which has greatly reduced the labor intensity of workers and improved the calcination quality of the lime.
