 vertical  shaft lime kiln is mainly used for metallurgy, building materials, ores and other mineral materials, heating and calcining. Such as ceramic sand, bauxite, limestone, cement, fly ash magnesium aluminum hydroxide, aluminum products, alumina refractory materials such as mineral particles and the heating and calcined powder.  

The Kaolinv vertical shaft kiln is a cylindrical vessel, inclined slightly to the horizontal,  which is rotated slowly  about its axis.The material to be processed is fed into the upper end of the cylinder. As the kiln rotates, material gradually moves down towards the lower end, and may undergo a certain amount of stirring and mixing. Hot gases pass along the kiln, sometimes in the same direction as the process material (co-current), but usually in the opposite direction (counter-current) The hot gases may be generated in an external furnace, or may be generated by a flame inside the kiln. Such a flame is projected from a burner pipe (or "firing pipe") which acts like a large bunsen burner. The fuel for this may be gas, oil or pulverized coal.

  1. Support device: advanced shaft structure, automatic temperature measuring device and electrical heating device.
2. Catch wheel: including mechanical wheel and hydraulic pressure catch wheel.
3. Gears: single or double. The rotating speed is controlled by regulating motor, DC motor or variable frequency and speed regulation motor. Be reliable, energy-saving and efficient.
4. Cylinder tyre bolster: lower bolster has three types: fixed, zoom and floating. Its structure is simple, replacement is convenient and it won’t hurt cylinder when it needs a change.
5. Kiln head hood: including stationary type and flexible type.

  On the top of the preheater is a bunker with level indicator to control the height of feed layer; the bunker is connected with the preheater by a sliding feeding pipe, and the dolomite will be transported into preheater through this pipe, in addition the pipe could seal the material and prevent cold enter into the preheater. After row material enter into the preheater, take advantage of the hot flue gas released after caclining to backward flow towards feeding direction, have a full heat exchange to make the materials preheated uniformly, then the material will be pushed into kiln by means of every hydraulic push rod to shorten the calcining time of material in the kiln, so as to reduce heat consumption and save coal, effectively reduced production cost. The gas released after heat exchange will be injected into the atmosphere after treatment by dust catcher.
