How The Orthopaedic Brace Works 

• Lumbar length of most people is about 10cm .Powerful traction and protection of the waist can be achieved effectively through the belt stretched to 20cm after inflation.

How to Use The  Orthopaedic Brace

Note: Don’t use it when eating, but one hour later .Selecting the appropriate size is necessary. Measure around the abdomen or umbilical region for an accurate measurement.

1. Please apply the belt on the skin surface or underware surface directly as the effect is better
2. Please apply the belt between the lower part of the rib cage and the upper part of the hip ,ensure it is a firm fit .Tighten up the velcro.
3. Connect the pump clip and gas nozzle, inflate the belt using foot pump or hand pump slowly
4. It is better to inflate the belt fully stretched
   
5.  Every two hours, two or three times one day. If necessary, more longer time also be allowed but pay attention to the exercise of back muscle.
6. Please take off the belt when sleeping
7. Unscrew the belt valve to release gas first when taking it off , then untie the velcro .
